All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary, and customers are responsible for monitoring their payment account to confirm receipt. If a refund is not received within seven (7) business days following confirmation, customers should first contact their payment provider before reaching out to our support team.

Refunds for Events: In general, all sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. The refund policy may vary depending on the event. Details will be outlined on the booking page.
