Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things do not work out quite as expected. While most of our pieces are small and thoughtfully chosen, we do offer returns and exchanges to ensure your experience with His Favourite feels just right.
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us via our Contact Page. Kindly include whether you are requesting a return or an exchange, along with a brief note on the reason for your request.
A member of our team will respond with next steps and a return label, if applicable.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item does not match its description
- The item is the wrong size
- You have had a change of heart
- The item does not meet your expectations
To qualify:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

- Clearance or sale items
- Custom items
- Jewelry
Shipping Costs
- A $5.00 shipping fee applies to returns.
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges and for items that are defective or incorrect.
- Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the sender.
Refunds (Returns Only)
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to seven business days for processing. If you have not received your refund after this time, we recommend contacting your bank first, then reaching out to us if needed.
